Job description
We conceived Hiptown as a workspace operator close to the concerns of our customers today: frugality, flexibility, authenticity, accessibility.
If you too feel close to these values, then you should know that the Hiptown team is looking for a Growth Hacker based wherever you want.
In a fast-growing business, you will contribute to the development of the Hiptown experience, working with various external and internal players.
Reporting to the partners, you will be in charge of the complete management of acquisition and the offsite customer experience.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
– Develop brand awareness online
– Develop brand awareness for regional sites
– Optimize SEO
– Optimize existing tools and conversion tunnels
– Manage Google My Business and transfo (Google, Waze, directories, etc)
– Creation of automation scenarios
– Development of Growth experiences and implementation of new strategies
– Monitoring of user path data
– Implementation and optimization of mailing sequences
– Proposal of new experiences to be conducted

Tools you’ll be using: Google script, Zapier, WordPress, YMLP, NoCrm, etc.
Profile required:
The answer is yes if :
- You have a Master’s degree from an engineering or business school;
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in growth hacking;
- You’re not afraid of development (Google Script, Python, JavaScript) and you’ve already used a web scraper;
- You have a basic understanding of SQL and the use of APIs;
- You know the Growth business;
- You are curious and like to learn new things every day;
- You have a good level of English
- (Bonus) You’re sensitive to environmental impact and solutions to remedy it
Hard Skills
– Knowledge of one or more automation tools (Zapier, IFTTT, etc.);
– At ease with a scripting language and the use of ;
– Able to query, analyze and present data in SQL ;
– At ease with front-end languages (HTML / CSS / JS) ;
– Knowledge of the main Growth concepts (AARRR, experimentation cycle, acquisition and retention loops);
– Analytical and structured mind, capable of mastering scenarios as a whole;
– Autonomy and initiative to launch projects and carry them out largely on your own;
– Curiosity and questioning, to delve into company issues but also keep abreast of new developments in the Growth field;
– Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with a variety of teams.
